Carbon Real Estate Investments is a vertically integrated private real estate investment firm focused on workforce housing communities across the Southeast United States.
Founded in 2020, Carbon was built on a simple belief: the best real estate investments are owned and operated by the same people who understand every layer of the asset. We launched as a vertically integrated firm from day one — acquiring, repositioning, and managing workforce housing communities across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
Today our portfolio has grown to 9 properties and 1,331 units across three states. Carbon Residential, our property management arm, operates every asset in our portfolio — creating direct alignment between investor returns and operational performance. We are not a fund. We are operators who also raise capital.
