Cody's focus at Carbon is to build a best in class operational team. Early on he identified the lack of aligned incentives and accountability in property management specifically and has dedicated his time to hiring ambitious and talented staff, providing them the tools to succeed, and developing leaders who take pride and ownership of their properties. He has a core belief that in order to create great returns for our investors, we must serve our tenants and employees. Cody and his team have worked to create an industry leading incentive program where employees win hand-in-hand with the company and have vast opportunities to flourish and grow.
